Paul Hollywood is worth nearly £ 10 million.
The Great British Bake Off star’s company, HJP Media, estimates the 55-year-old baker as £ 9.95 million for the company, according to the Daily Mail’s Eden Confidential column.
The information has been leaked through newly filed accounts that are listed under the Company’s intangible assets in a section called “Goodwill”.
The same accounts also indicate that Paul has paid more than £ 200,000 corporate tax over the past two years.
It was recently revealed that the bosses of Bake Off made this year’s set “almost impossible to break”.
Channel 4’s successful baking contest will return for another serving later this year, and after a COVID-safe “biosphere” has been created for contestants, crew and stars – including judges Paul and Prue Leith and co-hosts Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding – At the Down Hall Hotel in Hertfordshire, producers want to make sure that filming is not “delayed or canceled”.
A source said: “The last thing the producers want is anything that could risk filming being delayed or canceled altogether.
“So you don’t take any chances when it comes to protecting the show and even arrange all the tents, huts and other temporary structures to create an almost insurmountable perimeter.
“If that were to be thwarted, it would be particularly annoying for Channel 4, since ‘Bake Off’ is their most watched show.”
In addition to the main show, the bosses of ‘Bake Off’ want to shoot various special episodes and ‘Junior Bake Off’ “in a stack” in Down Hall.
