Park Hyatt Phu Quoc, a luxury property spanning 160 acres of beach on the southwestern tip of an idyllic island, has won our latest Project of the Week title.

Conceived as a sophisticated home away from home with a design inspired by traditional Vietnamese villages, this oasis combines extensive amenities with an enviable setting between white sandy beaches and rolling hills.

Locally inspired design

In March 2019, Hyatt Hotels Corporation entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of the BIM Group to develop the Park Hyatt Phu Quoc hotel and residence project, which is currently under construction and due for completion in late 2022 / early 2023. room hotel will add 65 residences at a postcard location with a rich biodiversity.

In this luxurious setting, the interiors will incorporate Vietnamese accents and every guest room, villa and suite will make the most of the island’s uninterrupted ocean views. The development is led by the BIM Group, with architecture by AR + D, interior design by LTW Designworks and landscaping by Intaran Design.

A luxurious island oasis

Guests at this future resort can enjoy two poolside restaurants, a bar and grill, as well as two swimming pools, a lakeside spa, gym with lap pool and the Camp Hyatt Children’s Village. Events will also take place over an area of ​​4,300 square meters, and the enclave will also be home to an organic farm.

This hotel and residence project spans 160 acres of beachfront property on the southwestern tip of Phu Quoc Island, offering mesmerizing sunset views and convenient access to the rest of the island, half of which is within the boundaries of the national park and to the Kien Giang Biosphere Reserve has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The location is a 30-minute drive from Phu Quoc International Airport and 40 minutes from the island’s capital, Duong Dong.
